English-Language Arts Teacher- Calhoun County Middle School -August 2020 to July 2021

Teach content area at appropriate instructional level including standards-based instruction and student learning-focused instruction. Assess and encourage student progress by promoting student engagement.

Manage the learning environment by maintaining student behavior in the classroom and handling instructional time and non-instructional tasks effectively.

Follow professional practices consistent with school and system policies in working with students, parents, and colleagues. Work cooperatively with school administrators, special support personnel, colleagues, and parents.
